, but when you CXL a contract, you're still resp bc there's a legal AGTt there for paying out part of it -oftentimes when the govt buys something, it -in bulk -get a discount -give you 5, 10% off. But when you CXL that contract, you're already paying 10, 15% of what that contract might have had to be anyway to CXL it -likely not saving.

@KimPerales when all is said and done (and I just have to hope that sane Americans and the rule of law will prevail) I want to see an accounting of just how much these know nothing self aggrandizing abject idiots have cost the US taxpayer in terms of lost productivity, repairs, and cold hard cash.
