That the original order was ignored is criminal what happens to this man is criminal the fact that the DOJ won’t enforce judgments from their own immigration judges is a constitutional crisis. Pam Bondi needs to be held responsible and disbarred.

2 - Kidnap person
3 - Move person to detention far from legal representation, famil , and support systems
4 - Send to another country or deport before courts can react
5 - Shrug and say nothing if a "oopsie" was made
