@davetroy Every time after the Republicans drove the country into turmoil and debt, the Democrats will have to clean up. Happened to Clinton, to Obama, to Biden, just to name a few recent occurrences.
Question is, how much damage will they do this time? It looks like it's unprecedented already. Cleaning up will be no easy task. Even more when no former ally trusts the USA anymore.
@Brokar this time is different because we've ripped out all the wiring that will allow a resolution. Elections are unlikely to be remedial now.

this is just my theory but I would wager quite a lot of MAGA is "strongly christian".

@davetroy There is no plan - just the 'basis of a plan' as Trump said. That's why everything is so ad-hoc and chaotic. Without a plan the US ends up going nowhere fast and that's what seems to be happening.
