Putin loves anniversaries. On March 18, 2014, Putin illegally annexed Crimea, and he celebrates the date each year. This year he's also getting a "peace" deal with Trump, plus what is most likely to be a selective dump of JFK files that divert attention from KGB to CIA.

For those unfamiliar, the KGB launched an Active Measures campaign immediately following the assassination to pin the blame on the CIA. Joachim Joesten and Mark Lane led the charge, with many building on their work. Putin wants to 'settle' the matter once and for all.
