Judd Legum looks at a letter that attorneys general of several states recently sent to Target’s CEO attempting to bully Target for selling merchandise with LGBTQ themes and concludes:

“It is a clear effort by the chief legal officers of seven states to criminalize acknowledging the existence of LGBTQ people, claiming that doing so is a threat to children.”
