And see Greg Sargent on the insubstantiality of the case claiming that Abrego Garcia is an MS-13 gang member, and the dubiousness of the claims that he belongs to this gang, which rests on the testimony of an officer, Ivan Mendez, who lost his job due to impropriety in a case involving a sex worker whom he was paying in exchange for sexual acts and to whom he was leaking confidential information.

Even if he is in a gang, being a member of an organization is not reason to lock someone up, much less extract them to a foreign death camp.
@wdlindsy Thanks for clearing that up, since the picture was shown by trump I assumed it was bogus.
@wdlindsy that being said if he wishes that such a tatoo does now exist I'm sure the El Salvadorian concentration camp guards would be more than willing to ensure that it does exist
@wdlindsy Correct. There is a photo of the meeting where they're shaking hands, and it does appear Garcia has his fingers tattooed. There is a Marijuana leaf, a smiley face, crucifix, and possibly a skull and bones. There are NO letters/# spelling out MS-13. It seems MAGA is suggesting the tattoos are code for MS-13. Pretty weak sauce, but also, who cares? IT'S ABOUT DUE PROCESS!

@wdlindsy This, on top of a zillion other things, should be enough to have him removed for incompetence.
It did more than that, it caused me to re-check the immigration requirements for the country we are considering bugging out to if/when it becomes necessary.
