Die #ACCESS-Studie will diese viel zu oft übersehene Patientengruppe besser versorgen.

Ein interdisziplinäres Ärzteteam besucht die Betroffenen zu Hause, führt Untersuchungen durch und erarbeitet gemeinsam mit den Hausärzten individuelle Behandlungspläne.

Dabei wird auch geprüft, ob eine engere, regelmäßige telemedizinische Begleitung die #Lebensqualität verbessern und Angehörige entlasten kann.

Der Fatigatio e.V. ist Teil des Patientenbeirats.

Remembrance swim 4 of 61

Having wimped out because of the hail yesterday (the dug says nothing to do with him) we got in for a good 2k in Sleddale. A reservoir in #Cumbria. Chilly and choppy but a good time. I was taken by the difference between Scottish and English waters (see photo). Scotland ‘deep water, at your own risk’, England ‘Fuck off its not yours’. More in alt.text Theft.
