Back in Nov 2020, four employees of #Arconic, the company that made the cladding used at #Grenfell Tower, refused to give evidence to the public inquiry.

Three French and one German employee of Arconic say they might breach a law in France, which prevents evidence from being given to proceedings abroad.

The #GrenfellReport says a cladding product manufacturer #Arconic “deliberately concealed” fire risks, while coalition and Conservative governments “ignored, delayed or disregarded” concerns.

All deaths were avoidable.

The scope of the report does not include legal proceedings
