John :au: :60: :05: :12: :GP:<p>I finally got to sleep around 4am this morning after taking my <a href="https://fairdinkum.one/tags/BellsPalsy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BellsPalsy</span></a> <a href="https://fairdinkum.one/tags/steroids" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>steroids</span></a> meds late yesterday post seeing the doctor &amp; getting the prescription. (The constant pain behind my ear - a Palsy symptom - didn’t help either)</p><p>I woke at 6am this morning, then took 2 more! </p><p>Hopefully taking them much earlier will let me get some sleep tonight.</p>

Huh! </p><p>I got home as fast as possible - took some nerve meds &amp; slept until about 9pm. </p><p>I had a late “<a href="https://fairdinkum.one/tags/dinner" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>dinner</span></a>” of 2 tomatoes &amp; then noticed that my large <a href="https://fairdinkum.one/tags/GoalZero" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GoalZero</span></a> <a href="https://fairdinkum.one/tags/powerstation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>powerstation</span></a> had died sometime during the day. </p><p>It’s main duty was running my bedside fridge/freezer, the fan when it’s hot &amp; charging my tech devices. </p><p>I switched the fridge to a smaller power station &amp; fell asleep again. *sigh*</p>

It got that right. </p><p>But where are my specs?</p>
📻 Tony N0RUA 📻<p><a href="https://mastodon.radio/tags/bellspalsy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bellspalsy</span></a> update - not much new to report. Still tricky to drink out of a glass, or spit out toothpaste after brushing my teeth. My left jaw/cheek area looks swollen, but otherwise everything's about the same as a couple days ago.</p><p>The steroids seem to be helping immensely with the pain, I haven't needed any ibuprofen since starting on the Prednisone.</p>
