Rather than get too far from fallback safety, doing local loops. At the Fae rock, reportedly druid-friendly from ancient times. So...may it bring goodness nearby!

I found myself #rehab thinking: if #hiking 15K is working, surely #running 5K will be ok?

What a wet one! Still on IL, but building back up. This #hiking was so waterlogged I should have brought a paddle board.

Reminds me of the Jungle Book scenes, with trees rooted deep in ancient palace and forts. This is in Gdansk, Poland though!

Closer to Gdansk, the Teutonic knights also established a wooden fort at the mouth of the Martwa Wisła river, controlling trade in and out of the port, and of course protecting their interests.

It's gorgeous! Going to be a great training area. About 10K there, plenty of ups and downs and easy access to South Downs Way for longer treks soon .
