This goes WAY beyond "Cynical" to outright cowardice.
After the #VegasShooting in 2018, both #Republicans and #Democrats agreed to Ban #BumpStocks (which effectively turn #semiautomatic long #guns into #automatic #weapons.) And #TheOrangeMenace signed that ban.
But 2018 wasn't a presidential election year.
