I never suspected our #CQC (Care Quality Commission) of utility or competence, but their former director Ian #Trenholm seems to have done rather badly before skedaddling away from the Dash Report.

Just watched a shocking #C4Dispatches on the plight of #ActuallyAutistic people unlucky enough to be caught by the UK #MentalHealth system.

When "sectioned" they are detained, and even if they are in one of the very few psychiatric hospitals supposedly designed to handle #autism, they may abused, sexually assaulted or raped. #Breightmet #CQC

Even when that doesn't happen the environment makes them worse and they can't get out for years or sometimes kill themselves. @actuallyautistic
