In many ways most of us are #unreasonable. After all #compliance is for factory farming.

With this in mind I decided that sausages are a #fruit. Of course fruit based sausages are not presently popular but #fruity #sauces such as #tomato or HP are often used as a #condiment. Such a range might be named #Solent #Green in honour of #unfashionable ideas now arising again …

In our family we have cheese on our #toast or bread with marmalade. People are askance at such a #combination but it is #delicious.

Whereas, this is the lovely golden apple cider vinegar I made quite a few years ago. I still have maybe half a dozen beer bottles worth downstairs in the "cellar".

The vinegar was made from apple mash, and sugar, no added yeast (just used the naturally occurring yeast on the apple skins). Fermented until it was mildly alcoholic, then bottled with the mother.

For your #MondayMotivation or any day really that you are just not up to it and break down and order pizza - I hope you too have some (Hot) #Giardiniera to perk you right up.
A terrific blend of cut vegetables and hot peppers pickled and in oil.

(This isn't the best I've had like the stuff I used to get when I first learned about this in Chicago years ago - bit even so it's pretty darn good)
