The findings raise concerns about adverse effects on all-cause and cardiovascular mortality, emphasizing the need to evaluate vaccines for clinical endpoints beyond their target diseases.<br><br>Limitations: Matching omitted comorbidities, potentially introducing bias, and reduced the study population.
