Fortunately @BNetzA hardlined on that, basically saying: "Network Access is a Passive Connection Point." and also enshrining #DeviceFreedom and banning #ISP|s from forcibly bundling #CPE|s (with rent) towards consumers.

- Tho I guess #Revolut - like #CadhApp & #Venmo - don't operate in the #EU as they refuse to comply with #ConsumerProtection, #AML & #ITsec as well as #DataProtection standards!
