True story. I pulled into the parking lot where I was about to do some business at my bank in a small, upstate New York town, and there were these dogs waiting outside the bank in this vehicle. There was also a third dog in the backseat who ducked down below the window level when I made eye contact with him. Thinking of tipping off the police to this crew. Clearly, they're about to pull off a bank heist. #DogDayAfternoon #dogsofmastodon
I haven't read many novelizations of films but heard good things about this one. Mann is a pseudonym for Leslie Waller. (The film won its only Oscar for best original screenplay, based on a Life magazine article.)
