Lifting for todays workout. Kettlebells, sandbag, resistance bands. No rocks today. Need to work on my squats but all good.
Rowing this morning. 5 x 1500m intervals with 3 minutes rest. Did the first 4 at ~130W and barely finished the last one. Still happy with it though.
My workout today was lifting up things and putting them down again. The things included in no particular order; kettlebells, chains; resistance bands; my bodyweight and a rock
Rowing again. 12000m for Pete's plan. All done at ~106W. That was the puddle of sweat under the machine when I finished
Rowing was postponed until the afternoon today thanks to having nightmares all night long.
Anyway 3 x 10 minute intervals as pa#rt of Petes Plan. First was at ~125W, second ~124W and the last was at ~127W.
I am fucking knackered. That is good.
Lifting this morning. Kettlebells, chains, sandbag, resistance bands, my bodyweight and a rock were used. A basic full body workout. Worked up a good sweat and feeling good about it.
Rowing again this morning. 5 x 800m intervals with 2 minutes rest. All at greater than ~120W with the last one at ~133W output. I think I could have done them all at over 130W. Still good though

Rowing again today. Finally cracked ~100W for 10000m as part of Petes Plan. Actually did ~105W which meant I came in under 50 minutes. Really pleased with that. Big puddle of sweat under the machine when I finished.
Rowing again today. 30 minutes at ~105W as part of Pete's Plan. Should have pushed it a little harder as I had plenty in the tank when I finished. Still happy as I got my stroke rate right down.
Rowing this morning. It was meant to be 4 x 2000m intervals with 4 minute rest between them. I went off too fast at ~135W on the first one. Barely finished the third and didn't even start the fourth.
Let that be a lesson to me.

Followed by t'ai chi in the park. I have forgotten a lot of it, to youtube!
Next was planting our 'rockery'. Its basically using a jackhammer to remove sections of bricks in the low retaining wall at the front of our house and shoving alpine plants in. Any gardening where you use a jackhammer is good.
That was all followed by my least favourite job in the world, removing a massive clot of my wife's hair from the drain to unblock it. I am glad I saved having a shower until after I cleared the drain. I needed one after that.
Quite a busy morning all in all.
Rowing went really well today. 11000m at ~101W. I did11000m in the exact same time I did 10000m a month ago. Left a big puddle of sweat on the floor under the machine.
Rowing again this morning. 30 minutes at ~100W / 2:30 pace. Working on bringing down my stroke rate even further. Nice easy row to finish the week.
Rowing again today. 8 x 500m intervals with 2 minutes rest as part of Petes Plan. Pushed hard. All of them at over ~130W and the last interval was at ~170W. Fuck Yeah.
Rowing again this morning. 5 X 1500m intervals with 3 minutes rest between them. All at ~112W. Might have been able to push a little harder.
Rowing today. 10000m at ~95W output. Move. Sweat. Repeat.
Rowing again. Third session of the week. 3 x 10 minute intervals with 2 minute rest. Did all of them at ~105W which worked out at 2000m plus a little bit. Really relaxed into it and really happy about it
Rowing this morning. 5 x 750m intervals at > ~140W output. The last one nearly finished me off but I got it done.
