Fun fact: When the bridge opened in 1883, people were unsure if it was safe. To prove it, showman P.T. Barnum walked 21 elephants across it — and the bridge held strong. 🐘🌉

The Oculus is so photogenic it feels like it was built just for photographers… or pigeons with good taste.
Spent way too long here just watching people walk like they’re part of the architecture.
