Real Syntactic<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://indieweb.social/@small_cypress" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>small_cypress</span></a></span> this looks fantastic; thanks for sharing. What follows isn’t aimed at you but at Canadian <a href="https://c18.masto.host/tags/highered" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>highered</span></a>: how do we ask students to build publicly available learning tools/exhibitions while complying w FIPPA’s rules requiring use of <a href="https://c18.masto.host/tags/Canada" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Canada</span></a>-based servers? I fully support <a href="https://c18.masto.host/tags/FIPPA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>FIPPA</span></a>, to be clear, particularly given ongoing events south of the border, but using only a LMS for student work forces us into walled gardens that frames all student work as a performance for credit.</p>
