Francois Dion<p>If you guessed digital, you got that part right.</p><p>Casio VZ1 from the 1980s. IPD synthesis with ring modulation and 8 modules (or “operators” in yamaha dx speak). Taking phase distortion engine way beyond the casio CZ line (or yamaha dx for that matter).</p><p>I further used the TEAC reel to reel to change speed and alter the sound.
