It is my go-to system for running games in my home-brew setting. Combat encounter balancing is a challenge, for sure. Statblock threat determination is a lot less granular than 5e's Challenge Rating, which means something you *think* is right might end up wiping the floor with your party. However, it gets easier with practice and familiarity with the Defense/Armor relationship.</p><p>Can't wait for my 2e book to arrive, too!</p>
