60ml gin or vodka
15ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
7,5ml Carpano dry vermouth
1 barspoon onion brine
15ml still water

Pour directly in a chilled coupe and garnish with a cocktail onion.

Going through this old project, I’m surprised how quickly the photography improved. This was just a few months after having started.

The first #sourdough #bread loaf came out ok. Not as sour as I would have preferred but I figured out how to fix that.

I always hated just throwing away the discard and didn't want a long recipe to use with it. A quick search found this super easy cracker #recipe with no fuss.

Bonus: I used some of the #cajun #seasoning I picked up in #NewOrleans where I bought my kid some #alligator #jerky.

Sourdough Discard Crackers in a clear, rectangular glass container resting on a textured wooden surface. Inside, the roughly square crackers are nestled together. These baked crackers have a warm, light brown color with slightly darker edges in some places. Their surfaces appear somewhat rustic, with small speckles of sea salt and Cajun spices. The crackers vary slightly in size and shape, hinting at a homemade quality. The glass container has a subtle blue tint around its rim.
