First match of the season and the stadium tannoy’s blasting out “Paranoid” in Ozzy’s memory. As should be! I mean, I don’t listen to his music. But I respect the fact that he made it.

@lyndamerry484 Uli Hoeness, KIng of Bayern Munich, is rabid to get the rule abolished. He thinks some sheikh or oligarch or American real estate speculator will then buy the club and give it enough money to look City and PSG and Liverpool in the eye.
He's as stupid as he is arrogant. No sheikh will buy BM. They'll buy (say) Hertha and do for it what the Nahyans did for City, and Bayern can then kiss their all-but-perennial plate goodbye (the only bit of silver lining in this cloud).
