Tom Casavant
I think what I want is to strap an ActivityPub server to freshrss, have it make a bunch of private accounts for each of my RSS subscriptions (and maybe groups for each category? Or just automatically make lists in my mastodon account for each cat?) And then auto follow all those accounts, so I can read all my rss feeds from any of my clients

I am very OK that they don't support passkeys, because they implemented OpenId Connect standard to allow me use Keycloak for better login options.

On the other hand, I am quite sad that SSO is often the one feature, that is proprietary and reserved only for paying customers. SSO is not for huge corporations anymore. It's also usefull for us, selfhosters with couple of users.

❤️ :opensource: :keycloak:

It's duct taped together for now as I first wanted to try it out, but I'm liking it so far. I had seen those RSS buttons on websites for a while and I never had a way to use them. Marcus Fruit
When Google Reader went away aeons ago, I bought a lifetime license of #feedly to keep consuming my #rss feeds. Just the fact that I can have a newsfeed of pages that don't have a rss feed (as long as the website delivers server-rendered html) is awesome! Same for full feed content, all the filters and so on. byeeeeeee feedly.

https://freshrss.org/
