Fishing For Moments
Mein Foto zum #FotoMontag entstand vor dem Institut für Anatomie der Universität #Rostock. Eigentlich habe ich beim ersten Regen seit längerem dort auf jemanden mit einem Regenschirm gewartet. Natürlich um noch weitere Kreissegmente ins Bild zu bekommen. Leider hatte ich nicht so viel Glück. Aber auch mit dem Radfahrer bin ich nicht unglücklich. Mal schauen, ob jemand darauf kommt, warum.

My photo for #PhotoMonday was taken in front of the Institute of Anatomy at the University of Rostock. I was actually waiting for someone there with an umbrella during the first rain in a while. To get some more circle segments in the picture, of course. Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky. But I'm not unhappy with the cyclist either. Let's see if anyone can figure out why.

Der Blick führt eine geschwungene steinerne Treppe hinunter zu einer ebenso geschwungenen T-Kreuzung, die ein Radfahrer von links nach rechts überquert. Das Foto ist schwarz-weiß. Der Mann auf dem Fahrrad ist bewegungsunscharf abgebildet. Links ist eine Art Veranda – von einem runden verzierten Metallgeländer umgeben. Der Betrachter scheint in gleicher Höhe am Beginn der Treppe zu stehen. Rechts im Vordergrund ist die nach unten führende Spindeltreppe, rechts mit einem Geländer gesichert. Davor läuft ein Gehweg entlang, geschwungen und glänzend vor Nässe. Zwei weitere geschwungene Gehwege entlang der Kreuzung sind im Hintergrund. Die Treppe führt auf eine kleine asphaltierte Fläche vor dem Gehweg. Der sichtbare Teil hat die Form eines Tortenstücks, so wie auch der Teil der Treppe. Geländer, Mauer, Fahrbahn- und Gehwegränder – alles besteht aus Kreisbögen. Im Kontrast zu den statischen, architektonischen Elementen ist der Radfahrer in Bewegung. Fishing For Moments
Dass mal jemand schön mittig durch das Steintor in #Rostock läuft, ich selbst auch schön mittig stehe, kein Auto im Hintergrund fährt und ich nicht wirklich auf das Motiv warten musste – etwas Glück gehört manchmal dazu.

Someone walking nicely in the middle through the Steintor in #Rostock, me also standing nicely centered, no car driving in the background and I didn't really have to wait for the motif - sometimes it takes a bit of luck.

Ein Mann läuft nachts durch einen erleuchteten Torbogen. Der Mann läuft mit dem Rücken zum Betrachter. Beide sind mittig zum Torbogen ausgerichtet. Über der Inschrift flankieren zwei Löwen drei Wappen. Durch das Tor hindurch sind leere Straßen mit Ampeln und Straßenlaternen im Hintergrund erkennbar.
