Freedom not Fear<p>The Hungarian presidency in the Council of the EU has proposed another text for the <a href="https://eupolicy.social/tags/ChatControl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ChatControl</span></a> file.
