Then Lutris wasn't happy because I had to install the runner manually...... I ended up installing <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/HeroicLauncher" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#HeroicLauncher</a> which is apparently the less problematic launcher for <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/wow" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#wow</a> on <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Linux" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Linux</a>. But I still had to scout the net for the appropriate install procedure.Linux Gaming is so far from click and forget, it's not for the non-geeks...... Still it's better than how we had to install windows games on Linux in the olden days, with copper pots, tinctures and hand woven electron wicks.Progress?Now I have to buy a bigger SSD because it turns out 256GB is good enough for a workhorse, but entirely inadequate for a games laptop 🙄

IsThereAnyDealHeroic Launcher updated to version 2.16. Moving defaults into latest versions of UMU and GE-Proton and away from basic WINE components.
