New life, new hope. Today's timeline cleanser is about hope. It takes patience when your world is dark but there wil always be new life, new opportunities and new love somewhere around the corner. Like sunshine after the rain.
I wish for you new hope to unfold. Hold on until then 
I have had a few people that I invited tell me that this Saturday's #handsoff protests were very #inspirational to them and they were just scared to be alone.
I hope going forward that these #protests have let people know they are not alone and feel comfortable coming out now. Use your 1st amendment rights while you have them.
Remember: The one thing more powerful than fear is #hope! Stay safe and follow your local events and get involved.

A close friend, so close, was sure, so sure, that Kamala was going to win. Practical implications of Kamala being VP to a genocide just didn't register.
They may have been blinded by #Hope.
People go on, and on, about hope. It's not essential, has huge dangers and may seem so important as our culture had for the longest time a sure and certain hope in the Resurrection.
What if we had sure doubts and certain ambivalences?
Would my close friend have bet a grand on Kamala?
The Hands Off protests yesterday, which were (let's not mince the truth here) antifascist and pro-democracy rallies, have lifted my spirits in a way that has made me feel that we actually have more options available than we realize. And not just on the political front, but also on the personal front. We must not get in the habit of being doormats to this regime. Or, for that matter, to the subtly sinister parasites in life.
