Finally at home. This was a tough day for my operated knee - my first day at the office after the surgery. I have only worked remotely so far. I took 4732 steps #today - had to walk the corridors and climb the stairs. The knee is not sore, maybe more tired. Likewise my head. #jointreplacement I'm happy how well my knee has healed. Stong muscles help. I took cats out when I got home. No rest until that's done.
