#stationery update! Here's the stuff I use most often right now.

- Hobonichi blank grid notebook + Daiso calendar in Hobonichi cover (plus cover-on-cover)
- Maruman Utoka blank grid notebook
- mini Strathmore ringbound sketchbook
- Lamy Safari fountain pen in Strawberry (ink: Diamine Red Dragon)
- Platinum Preppy fountain pen (default black ink)
- Uni Jetstream ballpoint and multi-pen ballpoint

If you can't tell, I love Japanese stationery! If you ever have questions about it, I might know the answer.

See reply for what I use everything for ⬇️

I’m continuing the “draw book cover” project for my reading journal. I must say I’m having a lot of fun doing that, I might just add other drawings related to the story to illustrate other pages.

I always have a notebook to take notes related to what I read, but it’s been a while since I took the time to decorate it.

VIDEO: Use a Notebook (This Way) To Actually Enjoy Your Summer

https://youtu.be/PaAHkIYF9rY?si=n58fYGl4xfMVrbir

As I start my vacation, this video appeared in my YouTube feed. I’ve been bullet journaling for years, but the five tips provided by Ryder in this video pointed out ways I can use my journal during and for my vacation which I hadn’t considered before.

Except for the stickers. I’m all in on the stickers. 👍

Hobonichi users, how do you manage writing several pages a day?

I know I'm super early, but I'm considering getting a Hobonichi to journal. I already have a A5 notebook that's almost full, but I don't really go back to it (because it's a chore knowing what day it was for specific entries, although I might just not display it enough), and I'd spend weeks not writing at all for some reason. I think having a journal where the dates are pre-written might help.

The thing is, when I write entries, I tend to write several pages. Is there a way to "work around" this, or are Hobonichi just not for me?
