Novedades desde WhatsApp – Últimas funciones en los estados

Meta anuncio algunas de las últimas actualizaciones en los estados de WhatsApp. De esta manera hay nuevas formas de crear estados, entre las que se incluyen opciones de creación como el layout y estados acompañados con una canción, así como nuevas opciones de stickers para personalizar cada estado antes de publicarlo (Fuente Meta Argentina).

Los estados de WhatsApp son nuestro espacio privado para contarles a las personas que más te importan qué hay de nuevo en tu día a día. Ya sea el día de tu casamiento y uses los estados para darles a quienes no pudieron asistir un asiento en primera fila o simplemente quieras compartir eso que hoy te sacó una sonrisa, ahora podes poner aún más de tu personalidad en cada estado.

• Diseño: Usa las herramientas de edición y convertí hasta seis de tus fotos en un collage para exponerlas como más te guste.
• Más con música: Compartí un estado centrado por completo en una canción o usa la etiqueta de música para mostrar el tema que mejor representa tu estado de ánimo.
• Stickers de fotos: Convertí una foto en un sticker y agregalo a tu estado. Podes editarlo para que tenga el tamaño y la forma ideal.
• Tu turno: Selecciona una imagen y usa el sticker Tu turno para invitar a amigos a la conversación. Cuando respondan a tu indicación, podrán compartirla en sus propios estados y ver qué opina su comunidad.

Estas funciones se empezarán a implementar muy pronto y estarán disponibles para todos los usuarios en los próximos meses.

Random thought:

I wonder if the trend in having a vertical tab bar in browsers will also have an impact in how we design websites.

In particular I am thinking about centered content, e.g. the timeline here on Mastodon. With a vertical tabs sidebar open that content is not really visually centered anymore.

Maybe I am just overthinking and this is not a real issue at all?
