These are your team mates for the next x hours. Can they rely on you or are you able to rely on them.</p><p>A basic requirement is for each participant to carry their load to their current capacity. This doesn’t just mean to stubbornly carry your load to failure, but also be open for help and let your mate help you out. Because if you cannot continue further then you become an additional burden for the team. Sometimes it is wise to swallow your pride and/or ego to not become a hindrance.</p><p>Most people are not born leaders and everyone can benefit from practicing leadership in the field. On the flip side, lots that think that they are good leaders can benefit from being lead. This is an area of learning of knowing when it is the right time to step up your game and when to lay back.</p><p>The harmony between being the delegator and delegatee creates the best dynamic to get the team the furthest.
