ticho<p>I did not feel like getting up early for a <a href="https://mas.to/tags/longrun" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>longrun</span></a> today, mainly because I stayed up late (again!), so instead I went for a shorter <a href="https://mas.to/tags/trailrun" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>trailrun</span></a> in the local woods.</p><p>The air was still cool, since it was still late morning, and not very many people - they mostly come out after lunch.</p><p>Now I can be lazy and eat whatever I want the rest of the day. :skype_devil: 🍽️ 🍰</p><p><a href="https://mas.to/tags/running" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>running</span></a></p>

Halfway through, I was caught by a strong 15 minute downpour which left me completely soaked, followed by a light but persistent rain all the way to the end. I managed to maintain slow pace, although in last ten kilometers, my legs kept speeding up whenever I got lost in thoughts. :)</p><p>All in all, a very enjoyable run, 10/10, would run again. Overall heart rate was a bit higher than I'd like, but not by much.</p><p><a href="https://mas.to/tags/running" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>running</span></a></p>

Doomstrike<p>Beautiful sunny morning. Had a few muscular twinges and aches going out. They are all still there, but nothing got much worse on the run. <br>24 miles done, so my longest run before the marathon (and ever!) Heute stand das intensivste Training der gesamten Vorbereitung auf dem Programm: <a href="https://freiburg.social/tags/LongRun" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LongRun</span></a> 20 km GA1 + 15 km Wettkampftempo.</p><p>Die Belastungsdauer entspricht ca 90% der geplanten Zielzeit. Damit ist diese Einheit eine sehr gute Simulation der Endphase, in der das Rennen richtig schwer wird und der <a href="https://freiburg.social/tags/MannMitDemHammer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>MannMitDemHammer</span></a> droht.</p><p>Die Herzfrequenz ist erfreulich niedrig geblieben. Ein mögliches Indiz, dass (ähnlich wie bei den 10k letzte Woche) die Form den Zielen voraus ist. Besser so als umgekehrt. Andererseits ging es auf den letzten 15 Kilometern auch 50 m bergab, da habe ich ein bisschen geschummelt.</p><p>Nach so einer Einheit ist die <a href="https://freiburg.social/tags/Regeneration" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Regeneration</span></a> wichtig. Für mich heißt das: unmittelbar danach genug Kohlenhydrate zuführen, Dehnung, Mittagsruhe und gesunde Ernährung, viel trinken, viel Schlaf.
