Salí de viaje sin el cargador. La desconecté el viernes a las 3 PM, llevo 3 días trabajando intermitentemente con software de neurofisiología, #evernote y algunas máquinas virtuales con güindos (probablemente unas 9 horas en total) y aún tengo 54% de pila.

Another day with the new MacBook Pro M3 Max and a little new surprise.
When I use #Ollama and interact with a model, I get "coil whining" (if that is the correct term for a high-pitched noise coming from the gap left between the base and screen), that is audible and happens reproducible every time.
It also happens when I use #LMStudio or Ollama integration in #Raycast.
I have not noticed it in other contexts.
Is this normal/acceptable?

This M3 Max MBP is ridiculously over-specced for what I need it to do, and I absolutely love it for that.

Why am I looking at the specs for the new M3 MBP? I don't need a new laptop... sure the M3 is amazing and I've always been a sucker for the latest CPU, but really, that became old about ten years ago (and today's Intel laptop CPU and the ones from 2013 seem to be more or less the same in real life performance...)
So... why am I looking at this again?
