I literally drove 8 hours one day just to pickup a machine that could've been professionally packaged and shipped at the local #MBE (#MailBoxesEtc.) for 1/4 the cost of fuel I went through for that trip.

I've often heard "the research shows" that the first and last five minutes have the greatest effect.
I looked into that research.
