Por fin he terminado el equipo. No se aprecia pero el color del uniforme es un poco menos azul y más verde. Y las peanas tienen partes pintadas con barniz gloss para que parezca tierra encharcada.
Finally finished a two-sided board for whenever I need a board. One side is a simple 1" stone floor grid that can work as either a city or dungeon, so I set up a little scene to see how it fits with some stuff I made previously. I've been fighting the urge to make buildings, but now I feel I have to. And stackers. And stairs. And statues. And fountains. And other stuff.

I finished up this #WotcChainmail stonechild mini today. The sculpt really does a wonderful job conveying this guy's mass. From the oversized feet to the slab of a sword, you just know he's gonna hit like a boulder.

The Norse Orcs are coming together nicely and I'm about to start finalising these sculpts. There is a lot more to come that I can't wait to start building and can't wait to share! Available as physical minis through Agema Minis upcoming KS.

The pink base coat trick for yellow paint works so well. I finally tried it recently on the pauldrons of a couple of Space Wolves, which gave encouragement to finally try a Howling Griffon. Just this really rough first pass already works so well, I can see myself painting up a few now.
Colour theory, who knew…
Just dropped a tutorial on the urban camo I use for my Solar Auxilia + Astra Militarum tanks. Based on a long-lost GW vid from years ago — finally recreated from memory!
Leman Russ Demolisher never looked grittier.
The world is falling apart, and I'm here spending time with my kid and doing my stupid little hobbies to maintain whatever sanity I can hold onto.
Good progress was good. Stopped to have dinner and watch Thunderbolts* (absolutely loved it).
The Mr also joined me to paint. Started painting up his #Ratlings
Off to bed. Night friends.
Here's another work in progress shot of the Norse Orcs. Getting to the stage where we can add detail and it's so much fun watching it come to life.
I am BEYOND fuckin' chuffed with how the #KilleniumButcher came out. Tomorrow I'll varnish him and then it's DONE.

The relationship between the figures, their striking metallic finishes, and the carefully rendered urban backdrop all work together to create a scene that feels alive, inviting the viewer to imagine the story behind these captivating characters.

Painted my fourth mini.
Still struggling with highlighting and brush control. Also, I think I'll hold off trying to dry brush again until I get my painting fundamentals down. Just made a mess.
Also, I hate this matte varnish—probably bad application on my part, but I might try glossy next time.
Still having fun, though. Onward and upward.
