She suggests looking out 60 fabric scraps - 30 of each contrast. Janet<p>The piecing is finished! This round the world quilt now needs backed and I have to choose a quilting pattern which I will continue to work by hand. This is a very satisfying project so far. Two pictures because the pattern stands out better from a distance. Janet<p>I made a sample cushion to see how the <a href="https://sunny.garden/tags/MiniQuilt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MiniQuilt</span></a> might turn out. It’s a bit stiff (this often happens at small scale) but it works ok. I might wash it to see if it softens a little. Pleased with the points of the tiny triangles.
