It just *sounds* like it's going to be poor from the title alone. It's one of those titles.</p><p>And a quick Bing search later the poster tells me that it's a mockbuster that's cashing in on the popularity of _Robocop_ from the year before.</p><p>Then IMDB tells me that Godfrey Ho directed 40 movies in 1988 alone.
