The killing of rescue and medical personnel on duty constitutes a blatant violation of international laws of war, this is an act contrary to human morality," the letter states.</p><p>Evidence shows the victims were wearing identification uniforms in marked ambulances when killed. Some were allegedly executed after capture while handcuffed.</p><p>The letter highlights the systematic destruction of Gaza's healthcare system: "Many medical facilities have been damaged or destroyed... Gaza's healthcare system has been severely compromised for months."</p><p>Gaza's Health Ministry reports some bodies were found with hands tied in a mass grave, a claim the IDF denies.
