Publicise the full offer so all can see what is happening;</p><p>2. change the tone; respect RD contribution *and* financial plight!</p><p>3. Independent mediation;</p><p>4. Establish a clear 'roadmap' towards a return the fair pay levels;</p><p>5. Tiggy<p>I'm getting some very different experiences with the NHS this year.<br>I've been on the waiting list for a follow-up appt to see my neurologist for about 3 years. The letter said he wanted to see me in 4 months.<br>This year my 3 monthly podiatry appts are every 5 to 6 months.<br>Yet, when I messaged my GP surgery this afternoon to explain why*, even though the NHS stopped this to save money, I need them to clean out the earwax, I got a call back in 15 mins of sending the request to say the Dr agreed and I have an appt.</p><p>A year or two ago it was easier to get a hospital appt than one at my GP surgery!</p><p>(* I checked the private providers, apart from the cost at £60+ , none of them will touch my ears because I've had surgery on my outer ear.)</p><p><a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/NHS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>NHS</span></a></p>
