The open enrollment period officially ends on January 15th unless you have a "qualifying life event."</p><p>Also make sure you can log in. I was considering changing <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/prescription" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>prescription</span></a> plans and selected a new one since <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/OpenEnrollment" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OpenEnrollment</span></a> is still, well, "open".</p><p>Turns out there's no way to easily change one's mind and stay with one's current plan, or to choose a different one.</p><p>It can't be done on the Medicare site, I had to call the provider and they told me I had to send in a cancellation by mail. Postal mail.</p><p>When I balked, they processed my cancellation on the phone, after about 20 minutes.</p>

Dollar Revolution<p>I wish Dependent Care FSAs would be inflation adjusted similar to IRAs &amp; 401k limits.
