1. "bedziemy musieli utrzymywac serwery w nieskonczonosc, co jest nieoplacalne" - nie, nie bedziecie musieli, ktos chyba nie doczytal petycji
2. "zawsze gdy gra jest wylaczana to informujemy o tym graczy w przejrzysty sposob" - i dlatego na stronie #Anthem przy zakupie gry jest informacja tylko o tym, ze gra zniknie z abonamentu, a o wylaczeniu serwerow - trzeba sie naklikac, zeby to znalezc
3. "prywatne serwery nie zabezpieczaja w odpowiedni sposob danych graczy oraz nie chronia przed niewlasciwymi tresciami, za ktore potem wydawca bedzie musial odpowiadac" - ale za to oficjalne serwery chronia tak bardzo, ze #Sony w swojej historii mialo co najmniej 2 duze wycieki ;)
a te szkodliwe tresci... kto im powie, ze nie, nie odpowiadaja za to co robia gracze? gdyby bylo inaczej to #Blizzard by sie nie wyplacil za ten caly pr0n z postaciami z #Overwatch.a.... a #LaraCroft? o jezu, biedne #SquareEnix... 😉
4. "wiele tytulow jest od podstaw projektowane jako gry online-only, a wprowadzenie zmian sprawi, ze stana sie nieoplacalne w procesie tworzenia"- no to bedziecie je tworzyc z zaimplementowanym trybem offline, jakis problem? a jesli to jest zbyt kosztowne... ale trzymanie zespolu liczacego sobie kilka tysiecy osob nie jest zbyt kosztowne? ;)

Jednym slowem, fikoł za fikołem, artysci cyrkowi akrobaci by sie nie powstydzili... i najlepsze, ze tam nie ma ani slowa o kompromisie i spojrzeniu na interes graczy, jest tylko biadolenie na swoja biedna dole, chlip, chlip...
A, i jeszcze na koniec: "doceniamy pasje spolecznosci graczy, ALE..." - czyli "ja nie jestem rasista, ALE..." 😉

In addition, many titles are designed from the ground-up to be online-only; in effect, these proposals would curtail developer choice by making these video games prohibitively expensive to create. We welcome the opportunity to discuss our position with policy makers and those who have led the European Citizens Initiative in the coming months.

So #Overwatch 2 introduced a new map voting system where before a match, everyone in the lobby is presented with several potential maps to play on, and everyone gets to cast 1 vote for their preferred map. Then, the system randomly selects from all maps that got at least 1 vote, with maps that got more votes having a higher likelihood of getting picked.

This leads to "hilarious" outcomes like a 1-9 vote being won by the map with only 1 vote.
