A short intro of me:</p><p>I'm an <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/atmosphericscientist" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>atmosphericscientist</span></a> interested in <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/aerosols" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>aerosols</span></a> in complex systems, especially <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/bioaerosols" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bioaerosols</span></a> (e.g., <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/microbes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>microbes</span></a>, spores, biomolecules, etc.) in the earth system and human society. 🦠 🌧️ 🌊 🤧 <br>----------------<br>- Currently, I'm a postdoc at <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/MPIC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MPIC</span></a> (Mainz, Germany), supervised by Dr. Yafang Cheng and Dr. Hang Su. 🇩🇪 </p><p>- I study the roles of <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/bioaerosols" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bioaerosols</span></a> in the <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/atmosphere" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>atmosphere</span></a> and the <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/Earth" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Earth</span></a> system. </p><p>- I've been developing and/or applying techniques to measure (bio)aerosols, including fluorescence spectroscopy (e.g., <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/WIBS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WIBS</span></a> 🌈 ) and mass spectrometry (<a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/MS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MS</span></a>, e.g., FT-ICR MS, GC-MS, and AMS 📏 ).</p><p>I've also been applying data-mining tools (e.g., machine learning (<a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/ML" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ML</span></a>); <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/PMF" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PMF</span></a>, <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/PARAFAC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>PARAFAC</span></a>, etc.) to reveal those unseen. 💻 </p><p>Besides, from a wider perspective, I’m also interested in the <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/chemistry" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>chemistry</span></a> of brown carbon (<a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/BrC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BrC</span></a>), and their impact on the <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/climate" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>climate</span></a> (e.g., the <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/Arctic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Arctic</span></a> <a href="https://atmoschem.org/tags/warming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>warming</span></a>). ♨️ </p><p>And finally, here is my page: <a href="https://sites.google.com/view/yuesiyao" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">sites.google.com/view/yuesiyao</span><span class="invisible"></span></a> (still building it 🛠️ 👷♂️ )</p>
