This is good. This is sensible.

Justice Stewart has allowed that statements by Pauline Hanson made outside of the Senate Chamber can be entered as evidence in a long-running racial vilification case brought by Mehreen Faruqi after Hanson told her to "Piss off back to Pakistan" in 2023.

They include statements made by Hanson on X and outside Parliament House. The feelings of others affected by Hanson's statements, and the opinions of racism experts, can also be used as evidence.

Hanson, who declined to take part in the non-judicial Human Rights Commission complaints process, is claiming "Freedom of political speech" — a legal fiction in Australia.

Hopefully the lemon-sucking spiteful racist bigoted bitch will have to pay through the nose. Well, the $150,000 Faruqi is seeking by way of a donation to charity.

Does Latham even understand what he has written?

"Indian community values of nationalism, work ethic and traditional education are One Nation values."

He's using Indian nationalism to promote Australian nationalism, a process that would keep people of MK's nationality out of the country?

Come to think of it, does MK have the slightest clue what he's buying into? Somehow, I doubt it.
