This Is A Black And White Street Photo In Portrait Format. Stretching Along The Left, Right And Lower Margins Are Panels Of Plywood Formed To Make Up An Opening Or Window Of About Two Metres Tall By A Little Over A Metre Wide: On A Construction Site. Framed Just Beyond The Window Is A Builder Sitting On A Lattice Of Scaffolding And Looking Upwards. He Has A White Hard Hat, Sunglasses And A Neatly Trimmed Dark Beard. He Is Wearing A Safety Harness Which Is Clipped To A Nearby Horizontal Strut. Behind And Below Our Contractor Is Part Of A Pitched Roof With A Large Cylindrical Vent Or Extractor Inserted Into The Roofs Surface.

A Low Contrast Black And White Landscape Photo In Landscape Format. One third Of The Way From The Lower Left Corner Is A Thick Line Stretching Away From The Camera. The Line Is Painted On A Wide Strip Of Tarmac Perhaps Fifty Or Sixty Metres Wide. Either Side Of The Painted Line Are A Two Pairs Of Double Lines, On Either Side Of The Central One And Perhaps Ten Metres Offset. To The Right Of The Centre Line Are Lights Partially Inset Into The Tarmac. Either Side Of Tarmac Is An Area Of Short Grass. Surrounding This Scene Is A Body Of Thin Fog Or Mist Obscuring The Sky And Anything Beyond One km. About Twenty Metres Ahead Of The Camera And Facing Away Is A Line Of Six Or More Small And Medium Sized Jet Airliners.
The Location: JFK Airport On Long Island, New York (2011).

Brickwork underpass.

A must see in Antwerp is the Zurenborg borough with eye-watering architectural mansions mostly in art-nouveau style and which for common people are prohibitively expensive (despite this, if any of these come available - which is almost never - they are sold in a matter of hours.)

Zurenborg is split in a South and North part by a railwaybridge (also in art-niveau style) which to me is worth a visit all on its own.

This Is A Black And White Indoor Street Photo In Landscape Format. In The Immediate Foreground Is A Rectangular Table With A Connected Bench Seat On Either Long Side. Moving Away From The Camera And Also In Parallel On The Left Is A Line Of Tables Continuing Into The Distance. The Tables Closest And Furthest From The Camera Are Blurred Out Of Focus. Halfway Along (Six Tables Away) Is A Young Chinese Woman Facing The Camera, Sitting And Eating From A Bowl With Chopsticks. She Is The Focal Point. Either Side Of The Tables Are Two Parallel Rows Of Round Columns Supporting The Roof. Between The Columns Is A Line Of Four Ceiling Fans With Two Further Lines Of Fans To The Left. Stretching Along The Right Margin And In The Background Are The Fronts Of Numerous Food Vendors, Most Are Shuttered Closed.
The Location Is The Food Court (Hawker Centre) At The Tiong Bahru Market In Singapore (2017).
