Don di Dislessia<p><b>Don's Tipp des Jahres</b><span><br><br>Falls ihr mal Problem mit dem Magen hab und man euch dann </span><a href="https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protonenpumpenhemmer" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">PPIs</a><span> verschreibt, versucht die unbedingt zu vermeiden, oder setzt sie nach wenigen Tagen wieder ab.<br><br>Denn diese Klasse von Medikamenten macht extrem schnell </span><a href="https://procial.tchncs.de/tags/abhängig" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#abhängig</a><span>.<br><br>Ich bin sie jahrelang nicht mehr los geworden und kämpfe jetzt seit Monaten mit dem sogenannten </span><a href="https://procial.tchncs.de/tags/Rebound" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Rebound</a><span> Effekt.<br><br>Denn wenn man diese Medikamente wieder absetzt, wird erstmal sehr viel mehr Magensäure erzeugt, als euer Magen verkraften kann.<br><br>Außerdem ist es auch nicht gut, wenn der Magen über längere Zeit zu wenig Magensäure erzeugt, denn das bringt euren ganzen Magen-Darm-Trakt durcheinander.<br><br>Oft werden diese Medikamente im Krankenhaus als "Magenschutz" gegeben (keine Ahnung warum), wenn man viele Tabletten gleichzeitig bekommt. Trying to outbid Farage and his gang on this issue is futile, as they will put forward proposals that even Starmer and his cabinet will not be able to stomach; the result will be to convince voters that a common sense consensus on the need to restrict immigration further exists, and that the only disagreement concerns the harshness of the restrictions to be adopted; Labour cannot "win" this battle.</p><p>Progressive restrictionists like Ainsley will attempt to counter my claim by pointing to the apparent success of Denmark's Social Democrat prime minister Mette Frederiksen in curbing the gains of the the right populist party there by adopting more restrictive measures.</p><p>I am not sufficiently informed about Danish politics to know if this political victory is secure in the long term or entirely explicable by Frederiksen's hard line on immigration. I do know that the political culture of Denmark differs from that of the UK, so that hoping for a simple transfer of political cause and effect is ill advised.</p><p>Besides the advisability or otherwise in electoral terms of adopting more restrictive immigration policies, the economic prudence of such measures must be questioned.
