Fedi:Tagestipp/tröt<p>Was passiert, wenn eine <a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/mastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Mastodon</span></a>-<a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/instanz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Instanz</span></a> ihre Pforten schließt?<br><br>Wenn es vernünftig läuft, wird ein Auslaufen einer <a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/instanz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Instanz</span></a> mit rechtzeitig Vorlauf angekündigt, so daß die Leute auf dieser Instanz ihre Daten exportieren können und sich (unterstützt von der Umzugsfunktion) einen neuen <a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/account" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Account</span></a> auf einer anderen Instanz erstellen und dorthin migrieren können.<br><br><i>Instanzen, die andere fediversale <a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/software" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Software</span></a> einsetzen, mögen dies ähnlich handhaben... oder anders... 😉</i><br><br>Ein Beispiel, wie das <a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/betriebsende" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Betriebsende</span></a> einer <a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/instanz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Instanz</span></a> solide gehandhabt wurde:<br><br><a href="https://mastodon.technology/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank"><span>https://mastodon.technology/</span></a><br><br>... schloß die Pforten zum Ende des Jahres 2022. Dies wurde vorab schon länger angekündigt. Die rechtzeitige Ankündigung und der zeitweilige <a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/parallelbetrieb" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Parallelbetrieb</span></a> mit bisherigem und neuen Account erlaubte den Leuten mit Konto auf mastodon.technology einen Umzug auf eine andere Instanz.<br><br>Ein <a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/beispiel" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Beispiel</span></a>, wie es absolut nicht laufen sollte...<br><br><a href="https://mastodon.hamburg/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank"><span>https://mastodon.hamburg/</span></a><br><br>Die nur kurzlebige Instanz verschwand von jetzt auf gleich... 😩 ... also dummerweise <a href="https://mastodonium.de/tags/negativbeispiel" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Negativbeispiel</span></a>.<br><br>Von einem Moment auf den anderen hat die Instanz nicht mehr reagiert.
