Mags at Large<p>I am frustrated. Here in Penticton, BC, the city council candidate who won in yesterday's election is one of those types who espouse a "don't tax us" stance. </p><p>This is a well-to-do community. There is plenty of taxable income that could go to improve social services. </p><p>But, nooooo. Wealthy folks don't want to pay taxes.
