It was prepared under the leadership of&nbsp;<a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/HaroldCardinal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>HaroldCardinal</span></a>&nbsp;&amp; the <a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/IndianAssociationOfAlberta" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>IndianAssociationOfAlberta</span></a>. It was a response to the&nbsp;1969 <a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/WhitePaper" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>WhitePaper</span></a> .
