Cocaine is a Schedule 2 Drug approved for Dental Surgery.
Both substances are derived from plants, however, cocaine requires more pharmaceutical processing than Cannabis does, notably liquid extraction and acid/base paired reactions.
Both drugs can involve slave labor [2].
